A note from the artist:
"Horses have been and are such a huge part of my life since a young age. For me, my horse Chance has been there through everything (he is in the picture!) He is now 31 years young but now fully retired even though he would love a gallop!
They are my favourite subject to draw and paint when it comes to animals, I want to show the world wether they are at rest or retired, they are just as wonderful as the big strong competition horses. And vice versa! They give us humans so much, it's only right I show them off as I see them through my own eyes."
